Welcome to mAInd, an AI-powered mental wellness and mindfulness application developed and operated by AIPRO ROBOTICS SERVICES FZCO, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at IFZA Business Park, DDP Dubai (“AIPRO Robotics”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mAInd mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By downloading, accessing, or using mAInd, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
 

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use mAInd.
By using the Service, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

The Service consists of a "best-effort" obligation; AIPRO Robotics does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using mAInd.
The Service terms may be modified unilaterally by AIPRO Robotics, with users responsible for reviewing updates.
 

4. AI Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence models and natural language processing to generate content, insights, or responses.
The outputs provided by mAInd are automatically generated and not human-curated.
You are solely responsible for how you interpret or act upon the content generated.
The AI system may occasionally produce inaccurate or biased information.
The Service is not intended for emergency, crisis, or diagnostic use.
The software does not provide professional medical or psychological advice under any circumstances.
The content generated by AI is purely informative and probabilistic in nature and is not a substitute for qualified specialist advice.
Use of the App is full responsibility of the end user and you agree to use the Service at your own risk.
If you are in distress or facing a mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
Do not rely solely on the AI outputs for any personal, financial, or legal decisions.
AI PRO ROBOTICS, its suppliers and the professional collaborators that the Company itself makes use of, has no control over end users’ use of the app or the decisions they make based on the AI’s responses. Therefore, it cannot be held liable for any consequences, direct or indirect damages, conduct or actions taken by users resulting from their use of the Software.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Users agree not to share or redistribute content. Recording or repurposing training content without authorization is prohibited.
 

9. User-Generated Content
You may provide content such as journal entries, messages, or feedback (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, store, and process it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You may not challenge the use of your content.
We do not sell or share it for advertising.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Your use of mAInd is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please read it carefully to understand how we collect and use your personal data.
You explicitly agree to international data transfers, including to the US and EU.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
mAInd is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI outputs, or suitability for any specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AIPRO ROBOTICS SERVICES FZCO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of mAInd.
We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
The Service is for informational and motivational purposes only.
The company is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or derivative damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties; in such cases, our liability is limited to the minimum required by law.
The Service is a "best-effort" tool; users are responsible for any personal outcomes or decisions influenced by the Service.
 

12. Medical and Mental-Health Disclaimer
mAInd is not a medical or therapeutic application.
It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent mental or physical conditions.
You should consult a qualified professional for any health-related concerns.
All health issues are the sole responsibility of the user.
If you experience emotional distress, crisis, or suicidal thoughts, please contact your local emergency hotline or a trusted professional resource.
 

13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to mAInd if:

• There are security or operational reasons requiring such action.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts without notice and without refunds even for reasons “at the discretion of the company”.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
Sections concerning intellectual property, liability, and governing law will survive termination.
Users abusing the Service, harassing staff, or attempting fraudulent actions may be terminated without refund.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, and you waive any other court or jurisdiction.

Any dispute between Clients and AIPRO ROBOTICS SERVICES FZCO arising from the formation, performance, interpretation, cancellation, termination, or invalidity of this Agreement, or arising out of or in any way connected to it, shall be resolved exclusively and finally by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the Rules, which the Parties declare to accept in their entirety and to which they also refer with respect to the procedures for appointing arbitrators.

In the event the Client wishes to sue the Service Provider for any claim relating to this Agreement after it has been entered into, the Client is informed that they will not be able to request a refund or compensation.
You agree to waive any right to bring multiple class actions, lawsuits, or arbitrations against the Company.
